3. If you placed your order on the US Apple Online Store, please visithttp://www.apple.com/orderstatus to change your form of payment to a different credit card. Please ensure the cardholder name, billing address and phone numbers on file for your credit card match the information on your order. You will need to login to your account with your Apple ID to locate this order.
4. If you wish use a different form of payment and placed your order on the US Apple Online Store, such as a Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Wire Transfer, please call us at 1-877-422-5368.
5. For international orders only: To use a different credit card, fax your Purchase Form to +1-408-862-7602. Please ensure the cardholder name, billing address, and phone numbers on file for your credit card match the information on your order. If you are unable to resolve the issue with your financial institution, or by using a different card, you can cancel your order by emailing
devpayment@apple.com.
If these options should prove unsuccessful for you and we cannot obtain payment for your order, within one week from the date of this email, your order will be cancelled.
