Start the application (double click on the jar or run the .exe file). You must have java and at least 2.5gb ram. (Yes I know. It's a lot. Get over it. I didn't write this to be massively distributed. I wrote this for a friend and am now just sharing it with everyone). Once the window comes up, click the top button and choose an ipsw for which you have SHSHs for. The app will scan it and tell you the firmware and baseband versions in the ipsw you selected and the firmware and baseband versions that will be in the target ipsw when you click the second button. If you're ready, click 'Save Target IPSW'. This will take a minute or two and when it is finished, you will have a file named: <your original ipsw name>.bbupdate.ipsw. You can use this ipsw with iTunes and TinyUmbrella to restore your iPad2 GSM/CDMA back to say 4.3.3 (if you have 4.3.3 SHSH). This is a VERY initial release. Tham khảo trên diễn đàn TU thấy có một vài trường hợp lỗi khi sử dụng TinyCFW ghi lại sau để các bạn vượt. Sau khi restore custom FW bằng iTunes nếu gặp lỗi 1: - Đưa iDevice về DFU mode. - Mở Redsn0w, click on 'Recovery fix'. - Làm theo các thao tác Redsn0w sẽ vào Activation Menu. Một số lỗi không khởi động file .exe: - Start>Control Panel>System>Advanced system settings - Advanced (tab) chọn "Environment Variables" - Dưới "User variables..." chọn "New" - Thêm vào: For Variable name = _JAVA_OPTIONS For Variable value = -Xmx1g - Nhấn OK. Không thể chạy .jar trên Lion và SL: - Đổi tên tinycfw-0.1.jar thành tinycfw.jar
Tool TinyCFW này giúp bạn đang ở FW iOS 5.0 hay 5.0.1 baseband 4.11.08 downgrade về Custom FW 4.3.3 mà không thể hạ baseband. Lợi ích của nó chỉ đến thế mà thôi. Tạm hiểu tool giúp iDevice đang ở FW cao JB tethered cần xuống FW thấp để có JB Untethered. Tool cũng giúp không bị các lỗi 10xx dễ hiểu vì không hạ BB.
Phái có lưu SHSH 4.3.3 thì mới về dc . Lúc trc iPad 2 wifi có SHSH 4.3.3 thì có thể về theo cách truyền thống dc . Nay notcom đã làm ra cho việc hạ iPAd 2 gsm có lưu SHSH 4.3.3 hạ về dc , còn không thì thua thôi .
